I don't think I've ever been more hurt and saddened than I am now. And what gets to me the most is this could've easily been me, or my mother, or one of my sisters. This story broke my heart and actually put a little fear in me. It's disgusts me how this woman was treated and sadly she will not be the last person this happens to. A project founded by The Guardian reported that, as of June, more than 500 people have been killed by police. At the current rate, that number will double by the end of 2015. Sandra Bland's story opened my eyes and touched my heart like no other. And I, just like everyone else, is wondering what happened to Sandra Bland? R.I.P.
